You might
already know what kind of look you want for your wedding, but it’s important to
do a full dressed rehearsal to make sure it matches your dress and your
hairstyle. Of course, you don’t have to do the full hairdo, especially, if it’s
going to be expensive, but just put it in a similar way, so you can get the
full effect. That way, there won’t be any freak outs on the day about your
makeup being wrong.
2. Puffy

If you
wake up with puffy, tired looking eyes on your wedding day (and let’s face it,
you might have trouble getting to sleep the night before, if you’re nervous),
put two metal teaspoons in the freezer for 2-5 minutes. Then apply them to your
eyelids for a few minutes. It will improve the look of your eyes quickly.

Your
wedding day might get emotional and ruin your mascara. Even if you’re not
usually the crying type, it’s better to be safe, than sorry.

Surprise pimples
If you
wake up on the day of your wedding with a pimple, try not to freak out and
don’t pop it! It might come back with a vengeance by the end of the day. First
thing in the morning, hold some ice over the area for 30 seconds and then,
apply some toothpaste to it. The longer you can leave it on, the better, but
try for, at least, half an hour. This is the fastest way to improve the
appearance of a pimple. Afterwards, concealer is your best friend.
5. Use a
primer
Even if
it’s not a usual part of your regiment, applying a primer before your
foundation will ensure your skin is smooth and that your foundation will last
the entire day.
